1. Subscription Plans

Audiosa offers subscription plans on both monthly and annual billing cycles. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Billed on the same day each month
  • Automatically renews until cancelled
  • Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

Annual Subscriptions

  • Billed once per year at a discounted rate
  • Automatically renews on your anniversary date
  • Cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the annual period
  • No partial year refunds for early cancellation

2. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period:

  • Free trial includes 50 call analyses
  • No credit card required to start the trial
  • Full access to all features during the trial period
  • Trial limits reset if you upgrade to a paid plan

We encourage you to thoroughly test the Service during your trial period to ensure it meets your needs before subscribing.

3. Cancellation

3.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Dashboard: Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@audiosa.ai

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After your billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to read-only access
  • You may download your data before the billing period ends

3.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • During this period, you may reactivate your subscription to regain access
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time

4. Refund Policy

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused features or call analyses
  • Early cancellation of annual subscriptions
  • Account suspension or termination for policy violations
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service

We strongly encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

5. Discretionary Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, consider providing a refund or credit:

  • Extended service outage directly caused by Audiosa (not third-party providers)
  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors
  • Other circumstances we deem appropriate

Any such refunds or credits are entirely at our discretion and do not create a precedent for future requests.

6. Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged:

  1. Contact our billing team at billing@audiosa.ai within 30 days of the charge
  2. Provide your account information and details of the disputed charge
  3. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days

Note: Initiating a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and additional fees.

7. Price Changes

We may change our subscription prices from time to time:

  • We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect
  • Price changes will apply at your next renewal date
  • You may cancel before the new price takes effect if you do not agree to the increase
  • Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing

8. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • ACH bank transfers (for annual enterprise plans)

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

9. Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We will notify you via email
  • We will retry the payment up to 3 times over the following 7 days
  • If all retries fail, your account may be suspended
  • You can update your payment information in Settings → Billing
  • Access will be restored once payment is successfully processed
